Right before the new year's eve, I promised myself to work less, update the blog more, work out more and eat less junk. Let's see. My work hours have been about the same due to our release being a bit late, blogging has been almost non existant, working out rate dropped due to the long hours, but I am eating a whole lot better and drinking less - so there's that. And speaking of food - below is the last wednesday's dinner.
My buddy picked up a skirt steak in jersey, which I marinaded in some chinese barbecue store that I bought at a local asian market. I wasn't sure what to expect when I took the meat off the grill, as it was marinading for two whole days, but it came out great - tender and flavorfull! A bottle of 2003 San Giuseppe Chianti went great with it.
Lamb chops next week!
